Vonderfill is a Virginia-registered DBA of Create Business Solutions, LLC (“CBS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). CBS operates Vonderfill and is responsible for the personal information described here.
Information we collect
- Account, identity, organization, employee, and contact information.
- Business configuration, services, prices, schedules, jobs, quotes, invoices, communications, files, website content, and domain information.
- Information about your customers that you enter or they submit through booking, portal, forms, or communications.
- Subscription status and transaction metadata; payment providers receive full payment credentials directly.
- Device, browser, cookie, usage, diagnostic, security, and approximate-location information.
- Support requests, feedback, and communications with us.
How we use information
We use information to provide booking and business-management features; authenticate accounts; process subscriptions; operate customer-facing pages; support users; secure and troubleshoot the service; prevent abuse; communicate about Vonderfill; improve features; comply with law; and enforce agreements.
Your business and customer data
Your business determines why and how its customer and employee records are used. CBS processes that information to provide Vonderfill under your instructions. You are responsible for notices, permissions, lawful purposes, access decisions, and retention requirements. People seeking access to records controlled by a Vonderfill business should first contact that business.
How we disclose information
We disclose information to service providers that host, secure, monitor, communicate, process payments, or provide features; to integrations you enable; to members of your organization according to their permissions; at your direction; in a business transaction; or when reasonably necessary for law, safety, fraud prevention, or protection of rights. We do not sell personal information for money.
Service providers and integrations
Supabase provides authentication, database, and file storage; Vercel provides hosting; Stripe processes subscription and customer payments; Postmark delivers service email; GlitchTip receives error and diagnostic information through a Sentry-compatible client; Cloudflare provides bot protection (Turnstile) on sign-in, signup, password-reset, and booking forms and receives the challenge response, network address, and device signals needed to verify it; Google receives service and property addresses to display maps and to compute service-area distances (Maps and Geocoding); OpenStreetMap serves the map tiles in the service-area editor and receives the network address and map viewport of the business user viewing it; when a business user chooses to open directions, Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze receives the destination address or coordinates in that request; and QuickBooks receives accounting information when you enable that integration. Domain, website, and other optional providers receive information needed for features you request. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Cookies and analytics
Vonderfill uses cookies and similar storage for authentication, security, preferences, and service operation. We use limited analytics and diagnostic information to understand performance and feature use. We do not use customer business records for unrelated advertising.
Retention
We keep information while an account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and transaction records, comply with law, and resolve disputes. Retention varies by record and provider. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backups and legal obligations.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system can guarantee absolute security. Protect credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Your choices and rights
You may update account and business information in Vonderfill. You may also request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information by contacting us. We may verify identity and authority, and may retain information where law or legitimate operational needs require it. Depending on location, additional rights may apply.
Children
Vonderfill is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
International processing
CBS is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as practices change. We will post the new effective date and provide additional notice when required.
